My Child at School (MCAS)
School Payments
As we are a cashless school, all payments must be made online. When your child starts at Mereworth, we will create a MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) account for you.
Once your account has been set up, you will receive an email from MCAS asking you to create a password. After logging in, you will be able to:
- View your child’s information
- See and pay any outstanding balances
- Book and pay for Breakfast Club and After School Club, school trips, swimming lessons and uniform

School dinner payments will continue to be made via Caterlink.

Money in school
Pupils should not bring any money into school unless it’s for a specific fundraising event or activity such as a class sale/own clothes day, as there’s a risk it could get lost if it’s left in trays or coat pockets. Where money is requested for a specific activity, please put it in a clearly labelled envelope and follow the individual instructions for that event (e.g. if its for a FOMS event, put it in the FOMS post box in the entrance hall).
